  • Can I customize the invitations?

    You can customize the pieces by choosing the colors that represent your event. You can also upgrade the paper stocks.

  • When should I send out my wedding invitations?

    It’s usually customary to send invitations out about six to eight weeks before the event, so please allow ample time for ordering and addressing. It is also wise to order additional invitations and envelopes to cover any last minute guests. Save the dates usually go out about six months prior to event.

  • When do I order my baby announcements?

    We can actually begin the design process before you have the baby and then once the baby is born we can place in a photo and the baby specifications to the design you’ve chosen.

  • Do you help people outside the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex?

    Thanks to modern technology, we can work with anyone no matter where you are. Since most of our interaction will happen over the phone or through email, it is always easy to find a way to work together that fits with your schedule and lifestyle. Of course, we love to have personal meetings with our clientel.

  • How many invitations/announcements should I order?

    Always order 25 extra than you think you will need as it is much more expensive to order reprints at a later time.

  • Who does the proofing?

    You are responsible for proofing. It is important to be meticulous when proofing, as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes once a client has approved the Final printed and mocked up proof by signing the approval form.

  • Can I get different stationery accessories for my occasion?

    Custom options are wide open. Miss Kriss Designs has designed everything from the Save-the-Dates and wine labels to programs and thank you cards.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment through PayPal or checks/money orders mailed to: Miss Kriss Designs

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you must cancel after a deposit has been made and production has not yet begun, we will refund your deposit minus a 25% cancellation fee and any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. We regret we are unable to cancel or refund any orders that have gone into production and we will require full payment.

  • Will I be charged sales tax?

    Texas residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

  • What’s your shipping policy?

    Upon completion of your order we will ship your invitations directly to you. (Local pickup available upon request.) UPS 3-Day Select Shipping is included in your price, but can be upgraded for an additional fee.
